  • All Orders Are Insured For Damage From Shipping or Manufacturers Defects 
    • We will replace any orders/items for damaged by shipping/transit or manufactures defect
    • a rare event but does happen occasionally - if this is the case - please contact us. 

 

  • In accordance with Federal and State guidelines and for the safety of our consumers, suppliers and carriers, Beauty Products - Makeup - Cosmetics are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

    • Due to the nature of our products and the industry standards for health and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

    • This policy helps us ensure that all products sold are 100% new, unopened, and unused, thus preventing any potential health risks associated with tampered or opened items.

 

 Replacement Claims - for Manufacturers Defect Or Damage From Shipping 

  • Email a description, as well as several photos showing the damage and the packaging the order arrived in.  Many replacements can be handled with just this step.

Lost or Stolen Packages

GO-NATURAL INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISSING OR STOLEN ORDER - WITH STATUS "DELIVERED"  - it is the customers responsibility to monitor the tracking and make arrangements if necessary to keep the order safe. 

We will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

Shipping - Returns, contact us prior to shipping the item for a RAN.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Use a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
